I recently purchased two new DVC contracts for my family and thus have some extra points I can rent or transfer.
I have 129 Beach Club Points with a February 25’ use year that would cost $20 per point and 80 Polynesian Points that must be used by August 31st 2025 that will only cost $16 per point.
Both sets of points can be used at other resorts within the seven month window if looking for other resorts. (Poly points would be sold first).
I have been renting my extra points for over 20 years with lots of references.
I will use a rental agreement, but that comes with a cancellation policy to protect both of us.
