I occasionally have this issue on my computer but then it works fine on my phone...

Have you tried an incognito browser? Most of the time, when this happens to me, incognito works.

Once, when I got that error, I called in and found out that the card had not been properly activated. In that case, it was only erroring on one of several cards I was entering, which is what clued me in to the fact that one card in particular had a problem, not the whole site.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

I've tried Chrome, Safari, and FireFox. Regular and Incognito/Private. I didn't try a different device, but I am not sure it will make a difference.

This happened to me a couple of days ago. I gave up for the time being and was going to try again in a few days. They were all digital download cards. I've done this before without issue. The cards went in okay, but I could not combine them with each other or onto another card. I'll try the suggestions in here and report back.

I have been experiencing the same issue since yesterday with Target digital download gift cards. Doesn't appear that clearing my cache or using an incognito window is helping. Trying to avoid calling Disney but that feels like the best option at this point...

I'm experiencing it with all my Disney GCs. I have 10 new cards with $25 and $50 denominations and I am trying to merge them to one of my old ShopDisney gift cards with a $500 balance. 5 are physical from in-store purchases and 5 are from Target online. Sadly I think I may need to call as well.

Has anyone been experiencing problems with the Disney Gift Card website? I've been trying to merge a few small cards I picked up at the grocery store and Target, but I keep getting errors that say to try again later. It didn't work for me this afternoon or just a few moments ago.

BJ's dp...
$500 Disney Gift Card is listed on sale for $475.99 as an online only item. I was just able to receive the discount IN store. Had the online ad ready while I was talking to the employee in the self check-out area, but it rang right up as $475.99.
This should stack nicely next weekend when Discover has 'digital wallets' getting an extra 5% back.

Bought one on June 8th from BJ's $475.99 and it was a physical card. If I need a digital card
I buy from Target with my redcard discount.

Just curious as I don't have a BJ's membership or use Apple Pay/PayPal...

Can you load virtual Visa & Mastercard to Apple Pay or PayPal and use them in-club to buy DGC, is that possible?
