Updated confirmation letter

Has anyone that was relocated from POFQ to another resort, received their confirmation letter with new reservation number?

Received mine in the mail today(4/19)! Got the call this past Tuesday. Relocated to WL for $10 more per night!

Hmmm. I was relocated last Thursday, was given a new confirmation number, but didn't get the updated letter yet.

When I changed my reservations, the CM on the line said that it might take longer than usual to receive the new reservation letter.

We got ours yesterday. We made our new reservation to AKL last saturday. This confirmation doesn't have our room requests listed though and all of our previous ones did. Do you think we should call and make sure they are in the system?

When in doubt call. Then you get to listen to the great disney music while on hold.

I received my new confirmation letter yesterday. My old confirmation said that there was no balance due (CRO).
My new confirmation says that the full balance is due now
(my trip is in 2 1/2 weeks).

Did this happen to anyone else who got switched?

It usually takes 7-10 days sometimes 14 to recieve a conformation letter.
