Update with my dress pictures

I have'nt been around much posting lately. I've been so busy these last few months. I wanted you all to know that i still come and read and when i feel i can offer somthing i jump in. A big hi to Dan i read your post the other day. Congradulations to Kathy and Robin on your new "jobs". Kathy I'll be talking to you soon i have so much to tell you. Cinmell, wiskband, kaye and jim you guys are rocking! I love reading your post ya'll have really hung in there and look at the pay off! And to all my other wish buddy's you guys are amazing and i'm inspired reading your posts. As for me i'm doing great and keeping my weight off i still have'nt gotten those last 5 bls yet but i'm in no hurry i'm very happy where i'm at hanging in the low 140's. I mentioned before i've been busy and some of my wish buddy's know why. We are celebrating our 10th anniversary soon and we are renewing our vows on rosemary beach in florida. We are doing it all the dress, cake, reception, flowers pictures everything complete with a two part honeymoon. We have rented a house and are having close family and friends come to the ceremony. The inspiration for my weight loss was this event. Today was especially close to my heart reminding me of what this board and members here mean to me. I got THE call my dress was in from the designers! OMG my heart sank. I tried on the dress back in january two sizes to small so i'm frantic about how it's really gonna look on me now. I think i'll be okay but without this board and loosing all the weight i needed to i could have NEVER pulled off this gown style and hopefully i will be able to wear it without looking like a dork in it. I should have the gown by friday and my fitting is tuesday so sometime between now and then i will be back and post pictures. I just wanted to stop by and say that even though i'm not here posting i'm reading and i have not forgotten about you all. This board is and the people here are the reason i can be so excited about my big event.

Hi guys. I was'nt getting a email that i had replies i just dropped by and saw all of the responses. Hey my dress should make it today guys.! They second day usps it to me. I"m so nervous you have no idea. When ya'll see that dress you'll understand my well being worried how it'll look. That thing will WEAR ME not the other way around. LOL It's sorta an informal but not. It's not puffy and church like it's more flowing made of a chiffon skirt with no poof to it really. I"m almost certain i will not wear any slip under it i don't want the poof either. I'm doing a beach wedding you know i don't want to get all out there and be looking silly in a huge gown. Oh i'm trying to stay calm but i'm so wired and i can't tell you how much you all mean to me. At least i want hear you all laughing at me and i know you'll all be honest and tell me if i look like a dork right. Ya'll would'nt let me wear something that looked alwful would you? I have time and can wear off the rack stuff so i want honesty more than anything. Oh and when ya'll see my hair have no fear. IT's me i have gone blonde and i have'nt had my appointment yet so it's looking tired that's the 15th i go in for that so it's nice and fresh looking. Okay i'm gonna get dressed for work and try my best not to knock the ups man down if i see the truck at work today. (the dress will come to our business) I have camera in tow and batteries charged i could come home with pictures today! I will post as soon as i get home and update you guys hopefully with the pictures.

This is something for those that are new to wish or i have'nt had a chance to get to know better a picture of where i was at. This was feb of 03 i started my better habits on jan 29th 03

Okay honestly what do you think? I so feel like a dork in this gown. It is not tied properly in the back but i did'nt want to knot it just to try it on it will be a block not for the cermony this is bow tied and dropping in some pics.

Tammy - I don't really know you nor do I know what you looked like before but I will tell you that you and the dress are beautiful. It's a very pretty dress and I don't think you look like a dork in it. From the looks of your clippie, you have come a LONG way. Congratulations on that! I really appreicate all the support. I really am so nervous still. I thought i could get home look at the pictures and calm down and relax about the dress but i have'nt yet. It feels great on i just thing it's so not me. I got this Maggie cause my husband and i sat down and looked at her ENTIRE collection he narrowed his likes down to five and of course this one was number one to him. So that's what i got it. I love it too don't get me wrong but just self consious about the dress.

For those that i did'nt get a chance to know yet i posted some pictures over my dress pictures in the same post. Lord that was freaky to look back like that. But it gives you an idea of what 95 lbs might look like on a 5"8 frame. I'm 142 now and a size 8 in jeans if that helps anyone trying to calucalate. I was a size 20 and a 1/2x shirt. I know i'm never gonna be a super model mom i have triplet girls that will turn 4 this june and a 12 yo girl. I just want to TRY to keep up with them and being so heavy it was really wearing on me esp. after my difficult pg with the triplets.

Tammy - Now I really think you look beautiful. Thanks for sharing your other pictures with us. One of the main reasons I am losing the weight is so that I am not ashamed to have pictures taken with my kids. As a matter of fact, there aren't a lot of them to share with you.
