Update to Disney shopping problems

I ended up sending an e-mail, because things are crazy around here right now, and I didn't know when I would get a letter off. I told her the problem and even mentioned the disboards, because after I posted, I saw 3 or 4 other people that were having problems also. I told them not to even brother to send me a form e-mail. I said last time I had a problem it took them 4 times to get the problem. So I said I tried to order a couple of more shirts that night, and had the same problem, with my payment not going through. I said I want the 25 % off and the free shipping. I said it was not my fault that their website has major problems. I said to call me, and gave them the number. I got an e-mail saying they tried to call, but I don't except calls from solicitors. All you have to do is push 1, which they tell you to do. But anyway, I get to call them back and will still receive the discounts, so I am happy. Now if they would just fix the problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
