Got the free qsdp postcard in the mail today! But guess what it's in my friend's name who went with us on a previous trip. What to do!?!?!?!

We got our pin code too; but it's under the wrong name. It's attached to my home address and info, but wrong name. We called and they said we could still use it!

I got the same response when I called about a PIN my friends name to my address.

Same here! 2 cards for FDQS came, one in daughters friends name and the other is in DDF name. Both of them went with us 2 years ago. Strange way to send out pins. might call and see if I can use.

I made the call to Disney to see if I could use the pin although it wasn't in my name. The first CM spoke to someone in GS and after a 10 minute hold they said I can't use it because the other party wasn't going and because it was not in my name.

I decided to call back a 2nd time the Cm verified the code but said I cannot use it and to write on the postcard "not at this address-return to sender."

I decided to call back a third time(third times a charm right). I spoke to a wonderful CM named Elizabeth. I explained the situation again and she put me on hold and spoke to someone in guest services and I was finally able to use the pin after three attempts!

Also the code on the postcard had a expiration date of 7/3/10 but she said that is was extended until 8/14/10.

Thanks to those of you who suggested to call and see if it would work we are now saving $530.00!

I got one too, in my Moms name, under my address It was for QSD, but only good until July 3rd. We want to go in Oct.

The reason the pin comes to your house under someone elses name is because "you" usually do the booking. Correct? LOL

I get pin codes for my aunt, my mothers ex boyfriend, my mom and anyone else that has ever gone with me because I do all the booking. I have yet to receive one under my own name tsk tsk Disney lOL

I guess they figure she doesn't need a code since she's gonna book anyway
Even with the code I wouldn't save much. I would only spend what I would have saved plus some it in their stores anyway
