I saw this on another forum and thought i'd pass it on...
For those that are awaiting response from Randy or Randy's office please be aware that they suffered a family loss and are spending time with family. Sadly, Randy's sister passed away.
Once they have taken the time that is deserving of them they will respond to you as quickly as possible.
As you well know Randy is very dedicated to every request he receives and appreciates your understanding during this time.
