Hi planners!

Due to a change of plans, we are offering a total of 351 points for rent for reservations after 9/1/2014. Our home resorts are Animal Kingdom Villas and Bay Lake Towers. Sorry, these points cannot be transferred to another member account. $13.50/pp

As of early this afternoon, there were still some highly desirable 2014 Fall Holiday dates available.

If interested, please send me either an PM, an email (rhonda_foss@comshark.com) or reply here with the following:

Dates--being as flexible as possible

Top 3 resort choices, in order of preference

Room type, including view and/or location




If available I will need the following info:

All names of adults and children on the reservation
Address and phone number
Ages of children at the time of travel

I can arrange for Magical Express and the Dining Plan, but those can be done at a different time if you don't have all of the details or are undecided at the moment.

I will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. I would prefer to use Chase Quick Pay for payment (no fees) or I will accept Paypal, but will ask that you pay the fees associated with that. Confirmation will be sent to you once received.

Due to recent bookings and cancelations, the remaining 50% will be due 90 days prior to arrival. We will use a Florida contract.

Hi! I did receive your pm and I thought that I had sent a message back, but I don't have enough posts to pm you. I'm sorry. If they do have 3 studios with a lake view that would be perfect. Otherwise the 2bdrm 1 studio lake view would work too! Thank you for all of your help!

Gosh! I just realized part of my post was missing! It should read:

We will use a Florida rental agreement. Deposit will be non-refundable if reservation is canceled. I have rented out points before and can provide a reference, if needed.

If this is a problem for either of you, let me know before we go any further. It appears that all studios are available for both users above!

Thanks we were told that one day in particular wasn't available, so I'll really take anything for that day...even if I have to switch rooms. I have 2 adults/2kids and I was really looking for a boardwalk area room, but I'm happy with any resort that has availability. Any size room is fine up to a 2 bedroom. Thanks!
