These are April 2025 UY. To check availability, please let me know your check-in/check-out dates and room type.

I can accept payment by PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. I ask for half the payment after the reservation is made and you’re able to verify it in the Disney app, and the other half six months before your check-in. I use a fairly basic rental agreement, and can offer flexibility for changes to your reservation up to the expiration date of the points (subject to availability and DVC rules).

I’m an experienced DVC renter and rentee, so I know both sides of the process well and can help with any questions you may have about renting, the resorts, or WDW in general.

All studio options are available for those nights. The resort studio would be 75 points for the standard view, 93 for the lagoon view, and 116 for the theme park view. The deluxe studio would be 75 for the standard view and 93 for the lake view. Please PM if you're interested in any of those options and we can go from there.

There is still some studio availability for a full week in May. The last week of the month (starting 5/25) is available in a resort studio standard view for 132 points, and the last two weeks are fully available for a resort studio lagoon view (157 for 7 nights), resort studio theme park view (192), or deluxe studio lake view (157). Please PM me if any of those sound interesting.

Possibly, but unfortunately there isn't much left in December, especially on the weekends. And because your dates are within the 7 month window, any points can be used for them, so you'd be able to find cheaper points than mine for that.
