UPDATE-- only 53 BCV Points left

I did a comparison on CRO's website and found that 7 nights in a studio at BWV in value season would cost $2255 before tax. It would take 105 points for the same studio with a preferred view. At $12.00 per point that would be $1260, a savings of $995 plus the tax.

My points are available for use until September 30 2005 and are not restricted or about to expire. My price of $12.00 per point is firm. Please email me at kwilliams34@sbcglobal.net with dates, room type and resort if interested. I will check availability and email you back ASAP. I am a Banking Professional and we are hoping to cruise this year instead of doing the parks again with a 2 year old .

Payment terms are 1/2 down when I book the reservation and the remainder when you receive DVC's confirmation from me, regardless of travel dates. I prefer PayPal payments, including credit cards but will accept cashier's check by mail.

I hope you sell your points (especially for a Disney Cruise---you'll love it) but as a banking professional you should know it's not necessarily what you think is fair ...it's "what the market will bear.".. basic economics...the customer will drive the price

Thank you for the input. Of course as a banking professional I do realize that what the buyer is willing to pay will drive the price. I responded to another thread where someone was asking if people were having problems selling points for $12.00 (in fact it may have been your post) that if I was unable to sell my points for $12.00 I would be glad to save them and have a great WDW vacation in 2005 or 2006. I don't HAVE to sell them. I just thought I would give it a try and see what happens. I happened to find a great bargain on a 7 night cruise and we had so much fun on our three night cruise last year so what the heck. If I were desperate to get rid of my points I would probably accept $10.00 per point but I would rather use them myself.

Thanks for the encouragment, MikDor. I have been surprised by some of the negative feedback I have recieved from the $10 per point faction. Some folks were downright rude to me because I am asking $12 per point (not very DVC-like). Oh well, the fact is that the points are almost gone and I believe everyone involved is pleased.
