Update on out of control teen

Well, the police picked up my 15 yr. old niece and brought her to juvenile hall. There she will be forced to go to school, do chores, do homework, attend counseling, and all the things she needs. The thing that worries me is it's not a "secure" facility, meaning she might be able to run away. Hopefully that won't happen. My MIL has now said she is relieved. I'll keep you posted on her progress. (I hope she makes some).

Hope thing work out for your niece. It's always sad to see teens in trouble. The best years of their lives are waisted on rebellion. Hopefully with counseling your niece can get her life back on track. She will be in my thoughts and prayers.
