UPDATE! On first post - Webcertificate problem

I just tried to use my reward online and I was told I do not have the $25 I thought I did. I checked the rules about dormancy fees at webcertificates.com and I don't think I fit into the examples. I was issued this reward on November 18 and since I tried to redeem today I realize it hasn't even been a month yet. I tried to call and of course I can't get through to them, so I just sent an email to them. Anyone else run into this type of problem?

UPDATE :
Finally got in touch with webcertificates.com and after them adding a dollar to my account for Disney.com to accept it my purchase still got rejected . I called Disney and was told I could not buy a disney gift card with my webcertificate (I could buy merchandise though). I told them it is technically a mastercard but they only see it as a gift card. Has anyone else benn able to use a webbie to buy a disney gift card? I ended up going to a different popular online store (can't say where since this person might be reading LOL)

Not to sound simplistic, but when you were sent the email from whomever (Blink, MyPoints, etc.) you then went and activated the webbie at Webcertificate.com, right? If you did this, then when you check your account if doesn't show the $25 at all or a different amount?

Usually after I activate my account I go to Webcertificate.com and sign in to my account. Then when I close out that window another small window opens that has my account number and active amount and I leave that up while I shop and it makes it easy to pay.

I had the window open and it showed $25, then when I went to the online store I was told I do not have enough money. So I went to webcertificate window and checked further into my account, it then showed I only had $23!
