update on can irrevocable trust be broken

Hi everyone, just wanted you to have an update. I talked with an estate planning attorney and she assured me that my mother cannot be disinherited from my step dads trust. She will have to get an attorney after his death and go through probate. She is so surprised because she thought that would just have to be if he didn't want to leave anything to her. I was thrilled!!!!I can't thank all of you for your excellent support and information, you sure did ease my mothers worries. Thanks again.
