I see someone else posted a question about changes to SkyAuction. I'm curious too. In 2004 and 2005 we used them to get a 2-bed unit for $260 each time at Orbit One in November with a Ready, Set, Go auction. I booked each of those around this time of year. Now, when I search, nothing at all even comes up for November.

Has they changed the way they do things? Is there something different I should be doing to find the options for November?

Please let me know as I'd like to book as soon as I can find a great deal.

We used to do the same thing, but have not seen any good deals on SkyAuction for quite some time. I think they also raised the fees....instead of $195 I thought they were now about $295...but I could be wrong on that.

Sorry I can't be of more help. I hope you have luck finding a great deal. If I come across any, I'll be sure to post.

they have raised the exchange fee - from $195 to $295, their fee is now $20 (I think it use to be $15)

but the real pain is the home away - those fees got raised from 0 (zero) to $195....

I don't mind the higher fee since even paying an extra $100, it is still a great deal. My bigger problem is there is nothing at all coming up when I search my dates. Previously, I booked our November trips in April or May. Now, I'm trying to do the same and there is nothing showing. Have they changed their schedule of when they list things? If so, when would you suggest I check back?

they have some 1-bedroom for your dates - they just haven't put out the 2-bedroom yet.

just remember Thanksgiving probably is not going to happen

but the early part of Nov is definitely there. again just a 1-bedroom.

Nope, New Jersey week 11/3-11/10 is when we go. I'll keep checking.

ETA: Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I just searched again and nothing at all is coming up for that week. That's with the Ready, Set, Go. I haven't checked the regular listings.

Again ETA: I do see the 1-bedroom at Celebration World on a Home and Away auction. I'll keep checking those, too. Any info on that resort? Looks like it isn't too far away.

this is strange - when I do I get one - Celebration World Resort - 1-bedroom Nov 3thru 10
