Just thought anyone who was involved in an incomplete trade with the same gal I was might want to know I received a letter from the US Postal Inspection Service.
I was given a copy of the letter that was mailed to the bad trader.
"...it is our responsibility to gather facts and evidence to determine if the mails are being used in violation of the Mail Fraud or False Representation Statues."... "If sufficient evidence is developed, the matter may be referred to the appropriate United States Attorney for consideration of prosecution and/or forwarded to our Law Department so that administrative action can be taken to deprive the violator of the receipt of mail."
It goes on to say the information I provided "has been entered into our national mail Fraud Complaint System."
yada, yada, yada
And she is to contact me within the next 30 days.
Just an FYI, since I know others filed against her too, and the now notorius e-mail list from her to others is lengthy.
I would be interested in knowing too if anyone else rec'd a reply against their complaint yet.
