Update: 82 Points for Rent: AKV @18 ppt

I have a total of 144 points for rent at $18 per point. The points can be used with reservations starting 12/1/24 and must be used by 11/30/2025. The home resort is Animal Kingdom Villas. I can book AKV at 11 months.The points can be used at any resort though with a seven month booking window.

If interested, please provide me the following information and I will be glad to check: resort preference, room type and view, date of check in and date of check out.

I have been on the disboards since 1999, been a DVC member since 2008, and have rented out points on several occasions to other Disboards members. These are our excess points that we aren’t planning to use since we would like to go to Universal next year. I will accept payment via PayPal (friends and family.) I am asking for 75% upfront and the other 25% two months before check-in. I will include an email with all of the details so that we both have something in writing.

Please do not post any details on this thread, but send me a PM. I love Disney and would also love to assist with any questions or advice.

Are you able to do a transfer? How many points left?

I have 128 points left, but I did a transfer in October 2023. My understanding is that only one transfer can be done in a year’s period.

I know the window opens up at 8am EST (so in about 7 hours) but if you could book it for me, I would greatly appreciate it and I’ll even pay the full 100% as soon as the reservation is confirmed
