anyone have a recommendation for a standard view room close to the pool? I am doing the on-line check in and it has a space for room requests and I'm not sure by looking at the map which numbers are for the 1 bedrooms.

I would just put "near the pool". Right now there are not alot of rooms open near the pool, they are still under construction.

Heck, nothing is close to the pool. It's basically across the street from the resort.

We were “close to the pool” which actually once we found the “back way” was great. You just take the elevator to the parking level and walk about 80 feet to the crossing to the back gate to the pool.

We were in 7713 - a standard 1 BR. Our view overlooked more of the short term parking area/fitness bldg. Next section down (and the last section open at this time) would have had more of a pool view. Our elevator was Rafiki 8 and if you took this down it was a very short walk to that back pool entrance (which no one else seemed to be using). When I put in my request I asked for close to pool, not main level. It was a actually a very convenient location for parking, pool, and not too far from lobby/community room/viewing deck as well. Have fun!
