I have up to 81 BCV points available at $10.50 per point. It's March use year (must be utilized by 2/28/06).
Rental process:
1. Please email me at sink168@yahoo.com with your a) Resort preference, b)check in date, c) number of nights required, d) type of accomodation (2 B/R, 1 B/R, or studio), e) names of the occupants, ages of the children, and f) your mailing address.
2. DVC will mail a written confirmation to me, which I will forward it to you along with a cover letter stating our terms.
3. No refund will be provided; changes/modification can be made subject to availability and stay must be completed prior to 3/1/06.
4. 100% of the agreed upon rent ($10.50 per point) is due upon the receipt of the cover letter and the written confirmation.
5. Points are not transferable.
