Sorry I missed your post. I just checked an there are no studios or one-bedrooms for that night. If you still need a room, let me know and I can keep an eye on it for you. Experienced renter offering up to 412 AKV points as follows:

• 92 70 points for reservations beginning on or before September 30, 2023 at $18 per point;
• 320 79 points for reservations beginning on or after October 1, 2023 at $19 per point.
• I also have a confirmed 2-night reservation for rent in the following accommodation at $18 per point:
  • Jambo House
  • 1-bedroom, Club Level
  • 2 nights (Aug. 31-Sep. 2, 2023)
  • $1,566 (87 points x $18)

I accept payments through Zelle (preferred), Venmo, and PayPal.

Once a reservation has been made, I will forward the DVC confirmation email to you. Full payment is due within 24 hours of your receipt of this email.

I have rented my points several times over the course of several years and every transaction has been successful.

@jaspirr and @tindal2 - You two are unbelievable. I don't mind the two of you connecting on my thread, but I had to pay to post this. @tindal2, It would have been nice if you excused yourself for the intrusion.

@jaspirr, You're welcome btw. I did not have to take time out of my work day to post DVC options that I know I cannot rent to you. I try to respond thoroughly to each person who replies to my thread, regardless of whether I can do business with them. If you are going to engage with another owner, it would have been nice to have been thanked for my time. For the record, I don't care about being thanked for each reply I post. But I think it was the appropriate and necessary thing to do in this case.

Figure out how to connect outside of my thread. A little courtesy would have gone a long way (as in I would not have had this reaction).

Hi there! Unfortunately, there is not a single DVC room available at any resort in any category. I'm already watching availability for this date for another potential guest, so I'll let you know if anything opens up.
