Up Themed Birthday Party

My son wants his 5th birthday party to be "Up" themed. Any creative ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Lots of balloons of course. What would be fun is to make a fun balloon pop games. My parents did some of these when I was little. they put ply-board up and tacked balloons to it for a balloon pop with darts. Also, we had balloon pop races. they put so many blown up balloons in a lawn garbage bag for teams and had races to see who could run and sit on their balloons and pop them until they were all popped. We always had a good time.
My friend just had her son turn 4 a few weeks ago. She had blown up balloons and put in his room. When he woke up the next morning he woke up to balloons all over the place.

Have you tried googling "images of up themed birthday"? I've gotten some great ideas from doing that. Sounds like it's going to be a super fun party, such a great theme!!!
