up late tonight.... they are having a baby!

So DIL call this am... had a procedure this morning.. stripped the membranes... should go into labor today.....
several calls all day long..
she called about 8pm.. her water broke and labor was starting to get stronger... off to the base hospital they go...
DS called from hospital... they are in ER waiting to be admitted...
No beds available in OB at the moment!!!
NO ROOM IN THE INN! LOL at Fort Hood!!

So Gramma Joan is going to be up until the wee hours awaiting the birth of new grandson!

DEREK MICHAEL 8pounds and 20inches... arrived on May 18th at 4:30 am. Veronica..aka Ronnie is doing well... Mike is busy passing out candy cigars... and Desi and Tra` are pround to be Big Sister and Big Brother to their new sibling!!



Gramma Joan and Grampa Straw-Barry are very happy!!
