Up Grades with Connected Cabins

Anyone ever been upgraded when you had connecting cabins?
We have two 10s on deck 7. I would not want to go to a 9 below deck 5. This ever happen?

both time we had connecting rooms we upgraded...first time from a 9 to an 8 and second time from a 9 to a six or an 8 to a five...something like that.

But don't worry about getting an upgrade. 97% chance of NOT getting one. They are few and far between!
