Up for grabs Ft Wilderness campsite 3-17-07

I had to cancel our reservation for Fort Wilderness my husband had a brain tumor removed and has further therapy. I just cancelled this morning for a preferred campsite from 3-17-07-3-25-07. I also cancelled dining reservations which I will post under dining.

I tried to call this morning already though for 3/16-3/18 and there is nothing available and I'm looking even at a tent site. We just got a teardrop and thought about a quick trip down to try it out and that is the only weekend we have available for a while.

The trick is to call everyday...am and pm....good luck; don't give up

So what kind of teardrop?? I love those things. I'm looking at Yoder Toter, a Gator Teardrop or building my own.

I'm so sorry you ending up having to cancel, I know that must be a hard road for you guys right now, GOD Speed. And even though I don't need the camping spot, thanks so much for letting all of us know.

I considered a Yoder Toter for a while but a Little Guy dealer opened up in my town mid last year. I've been dropping by every once in a while because they weren't moving them and I finally went by recently and the guy is ready to unload them all and made me a good deal on an '06 5 wide platform so I couldn't turn it down.
