UOAP Facebook page?

Has anyone successfully joined the passholder Facebook page? I’m a passholder and have been trying to join for several days but the request seems to be being ignored (or denied but with no notification) is there a trick I don’t know about?? Thanks!

I had the same issue. I was told by Customer Service to make sure that my profile pic was actually me. When I changed my pic from Earl to me, I was accepted quickly.

I am going to try this. I teach in a public school so my FB account is locked down pretty tightly and I have a non-person picture on my account....I just changed to a picture of myself and tried again. Crossing fingers. I should be able to change it back after being accepted, right?

I have not changed mine back, but I believe others have done so.
