Unusual ticket question

Ok -I will tray and explain this as clearly as I can - bear with me

I got 7 multi day tickets given to me from disney wow!!! They are all under my name and one order number. However, only 4 of us want to travel on our next trip, if I register these tickets on mydisney in order to link into booking fastpasses will we just loose the 3 multidays we will not be using this trip. Or will I be able to pick the unused ones up when we arrive. If there is a chance we will loose them we will just forgo setting up fastpasses on my disney and collect all the tickets when we arrive. But as this will be over the xmas break I am worried we will not be able to get any good fast passes with a few days notice- Any advice - I have emailed disney to ask a few times but they have not got back to me.

Not sure what you mean. Do you have 7 separate multi day tickets? If so, you should be able to link 3 of them to the other people in your party and make FP selections. That would leave the other 4 linked to you. If you are concerned about any of the 3 you aren't using getting accidentally used, create another random "family" member in your MDE and assign the extra tickets there.
Those tickets should be unaffected as they would be unused. Then when you need them, you could reassign them as appropriate.

I was checking that they don't all get connected and once we use the 4 the others also are then considered used too

If you have 7 tickets and use 4, that will leave you with 3 unused tickets. I don't see any way you would lose those 3 and they would be available for a future trip.

As @pooch stated, reassigning is the best and safest option.

Create a guest named 3 2useLater and reassign the 3 tickets to her. For your future trip, reassign the 3 tickets to whichever guests will be on the future trip.
