Unusual things to do?

My DH, DD7, and DS9 are headed to WDW for our second trip this year. We spent a week there in June and had a great time. We are going back in a few weeks to see it at Christmas. This is a surprise trip for the kids. We're going to tell them when they get home from school that day and we get in the car to leave. It is a quick trip and we'll only be visiting two of the parks MK, and our favorite, Epcot.
My question is this: Since we've been there once this year already, I'd like to do some unusual things. For example, we'll look for Hidden Mickey, which we've not done before, and I seem to remember something about Tom Sawyer's Island and a paintbrush. What other things like this are there to do at MK and Epcot?

At the Magic Kingdom you can try:

Captain Jack Sparrow’s Pirate Tutorial
There are pirates among us! And they're looking to recruit. None other than Captain Jack Sparrow's first mate, Mack, is searching out brave souls who dream of a pirate's life. Can you swing a sword, sail the seas, and spot a cursed treasure before you plunder it? Maybe Captain Sparrow will even let you take the Pirate Oath and join his crew.

Length of sets: 20 minutes

Woody's Cowboy Camp
Round up your posse for some rootin'-tootin', straight-shootin' good times with Woody, Jesse and Bullseye at Woody's Cowboy Camp. Sam the Singin' Cowboy leads a western hoedown that rings out across the prairie. Head on out to Frontierland for some singin', dancin' and general kickin' up your heels. Yee-haw!
Sunday-Friday at 10:20 & 11:15am, 12:10, 1:05, 1:55 & 3:50pm

You may get lucky and be invited to join in one of the test audiences for the new Laugh Floor Comedy Club. If you're in that area or tomorrowland, keep an eye out for CM's who may be looking for audience members.

At Epcot

Story Tellers around the world
Tree lighting and Lights around the world
(Check Steve Soares site for all the times http://pages.prodigy.net/stevesoares/ )

I don't know whether they're still testing the Kim Possible game at Epcot, but if they are, that would be fun http://allearsnet.com/tp/ep/kimpossible.htm

The Living Seas with Nemo & Friends is now open too, which is new since your June trip.

You can do the Kidcot passports for each country in Epcot too. Pick up a passport at any country.

Anyway, that's a few things. Hopefully others will add their suggestions too!
