unused onboard credit - how long to be refunded?

I have $24 I didn't use from my onboard account. (I know! Gasp!) How long before that makes its way back to my Disney Vacation Savings Account? I had $100 from the TA and then a bunch more I put on there myself. I know the TA onboard credit should have been used first so that $24 should go back to my DVA. Just wondering when I should start freaking out that it isn't there.

I don't have a DVA but use my Disney Visa to preload my onboard account. One time it took a couple weeks but our last cruise just a few days to be credited.

Hi Anricat,

We sailed last month on the Hawaii cruise and I had placed a large onboard credit from my Disney Vacation Account. There was a $500 plus credit remaining at the end of the cruise. It was about 2 weeks and I called both DVA and DCL to let them know. Not sure if it was my calls or just that the credit was about to be returned, but soon after my calls my $500+ was back in my DVA.

Wow, $500! You have a good head start on your next vacation. Thanks for the info. I'll give it a week or so and then I'll start pestering them.
