hey, guys! i need your thoughts on this. the very last day of our trip we have no ADRs because we're doing MK that morning, taking a break in the afternoon and then going back to MK that night for a pirate and princess party. i didn't want to waste an hour of that day eating, so i didn't make any reservations - we'll just do CS's all day. the day before that i have AK planned for the daytime and then MK that night (so we can see spectro). we have a dinner reservation at LTT. so technically LTT is the last TS meal of our trip. i'm starting to think i should change this because i want something to look forward to during the latter part of our trip. i've got plenty in the beginning to look forward to (kona cafe, spoodles, narcoosee's, etc.), but i've never been to LTT and i'm just not too excited about it. can you change my mind? or should i change this around somehow?

I really enjoy LTT. The food is excellent at dinner (I've never eaten there at lunch) and the way the restaurant is set up, you're in smaller rooms so it's not quite so noisy and chaotic.

I think you'll like it there!

LTT was my least favorite meal. We were there for a P&P party in August. I found the food uninspiring.

It is good, but basic, comfort food. Some of it comes from a box (the meal is sponsored by Stouffers, after all). The character interaction is very good, and the atmosphere of the room appropriate to the Liberty Square theme. We like it, though we don't manage to fit it in very often, because we find our MK days already "too short" without adding a sit-down meal to them.

It's a nice change from the constant zig-zagging between theme-park-standard and pompously-over-ambitious that a typical WDW vacation seems to entail. But, if you are looking for an out-with-a-bang restaurant this one isn't it.

I really enjoyed eating at LTT, but only really because of the characters and atmosphere. The food was nothing special as far as I remember. But it was a great experience! It would be fun to end your trip with a character dinner, but I wouldn't expect too much, food wise.

We love LTT. The food is good comfort food, the atmosphere is great and the characters love to interact and besilly. It is defiinitely lots of fun.:goodvibes

I too was unsure about LTT when we were there in Sept., but decided to keep our ADR because of the good reviews. I'm glad we did because we were very pleased and enjoyed our meal. My children are 5, 3, and 7 months and they liked the food and the character involvement was awesome. Actually, we have plans to eat there again on our next trip.

As disneyloveNY says, LTT is a great place for comfort food. We have eaten there many times at lunch, and had the Turkey platter meal each time. It is a LOT of food!!! It's a fun place to go, they announce your name, and the 'great state/country' that you are from. It is a nice place to go to 'get away' from the park for awhile if you want some down time.

We like LTT and have eaten there at least 4 times. We dont do it every trip because it would get old. It is a Thanksgiving type meal. Keep your ADR and give it a try.

I'll be in the minority and say that this was the least favorite of ours. The theming and characters were wonderful (except Minnie skipped our table and the cm said she wouldn't return for 45 minutes and we were already done with our meal). However, the best part of our meal was the bread & the dessert. The actual meal was just ehh. It is comfort food but basically comfort food out of a box or can. Our server was terriic but we just couldn't get past the same food that I usually make at home (probably out of the same box). I'm glad we tried it but it's off our return list.

I would say keep it. I ate there in Sept for our last ADR meal and it turned out to be one of my favorites! If you enjoy Thanksgiving type food as much as I do then you will love it! The atmosphere was nice and the character interaction was great. I ate at Chef Mickeys, LeCellier, Boma, Hollywood and Vine, Coral Reef and Liberty Tree Tavern, and my two favorites were LeCellier and LTT!

Hey Dawn! I think I told you before that LTT is our 2nd fav. TS next to Ohanas. But you and I don't agree on Ohanas so perhaps that means something?? :rotfl: It's great food but if you aren't craving a smaller version of a T-giving dinner you may want to change it. I like the atmosphere as well! :thumbsup2

Maybe I'm in the minority but this was our worst meal last trip. Won't return or waste our $$ there again for dinner. I've had better food and service at some of the counter service restaurants in MK.
