Unpublished Booking Categories

I've noticed some threads referring to booking categories that aren't published on the points charts. It appears that the points chart only refers to booking categories that have different point values.

Is there somewhere where all the booking categories are listed? I couldn't find them on the DVC website. Or do you just have to ask MS about them? I've seen Lockoff vs Dedicated appear on our reservations. I also know about Hospitality House category at OKW and just saw the Dedicated 2BR with 2Q's at BCV. What else is out there for booking categories?

Just curious for now, but it's better to know what I can ask for as a guarantee instead of putting it into a special request.

I THINK that is all of them. Once they start taking reservations at AKV's Kidani Village, Jambo vs Kidani will essentially be a category. Guests will know in advance which facility they are booked into.

It isn't published WELL. That phrasing leaves a lot of people believing that Boardwalk and Preferred view are the same thing - not two separate booking categories.
