Unlocking Wish Book?

Do intimate brides get to do this? And if so, when? Are there more options once you "unlock it?" I have received my planning kit 2 weeks ago...

This is a great question. I'm a custom bride and all of the areas in my wishbook is still locked. I wonder if there is some sort of problem with it
