Unlock Exclusive Member Benefits problem

Hi All!

I'm trying to enter my Castaway Club account but I'm stuck on the "Unlock Exclusive Member Benefits" page. When I try to enter my ID# at the connect your account it responds:

Your request veered slightly off course.​

Your profile information does not match.
Your full name and birthdate in My Profile must match your reservation. Please verify and try again or contact us for assistance.


Anyone knows what's the problem here?

I manged to fix it and now I could enter Castaway Club. The problem was that in the DCL account I had my middle names and on the Disney account just the last name. I changed my Disney account and now the Castaway Club accepted it.
