Unlinking tickets in MDE

I've looked all over the website and I can't figure out how to simply unlink our tickets in MDE. We had a trip canceled over Spring Break and now I want to sell our unused tickets. Does anyone know how to unlink tickets? This is ridiculous... it should be a click of a button.

I just sent an email. I will call in the morning. This is so dumb.

Definitely call. I think a lot of the features on the app are designed to be idiot-proof. I tried to cancel a FP on our last trip from the app, and found there's no way to do it. I think if there was an "unlink park tickets" button, lots of people would press it by accident, then freak out and require assistance.

Once you link a ticket, you have certain benefits and abilities. While you can transfer an unused ticket, there are some security reasons why you can't unlink it. That said, let us know how it goes. I have some new, no expiration tickets that I might want to sell because we'll probably need season passes for the near future.

You could upgrade those tickets to AP/SP at the park if you wanted to. If you use the tickets at least once, then upgrade, you will received credit for the current gate price (rather than the price you paid if it is lower). Then you just owe the difference.

I'm about to call. It's just so frustrating. I paid for these tickets and I should be able to do whatever I want with them, without having to call big brother and ask permission. It's a waste of my time.

If you find a buyer, you could connect with them using the Family & Friends list in MDE. You could then re-assign the tickets to their profile(s) and then remove them from your F&F list.

I don't want to connect some stranger to my account to reassign the tickets.

I'm currently speaking to the 4th representative in the hierarchy... all spouting the same party line.

No. You should be able to do whatever you want with them as long as you stick to the terms and conditions you agreed to when you purchased them.

But I do agree that as long as it is an unused ticket, you should be able to unlink them and relink them to whoever you want.
