Unlink tickets from Magic Band

A few months ago, I linked a ticket to each of my daughters accounts on MDE. They had 2 days left each with no expiration. I am now going to purchase them each a 10 day pass and want to use the 2 day passes that they currently have on another trip. My question is, how do I unlink the 2 day passes from their account?

You can't, but you can have the tickets prioritized so they use the 10 day ticket first. They may unlink them for you but you will have to call and ask them to do it and they don't have to as it warns you that linking is a final "transaction".

I had a different sort of mess, but it was a little similar. You have to call and get the IT folks to fix it for you. (I had 2 different my Disney Experience accounts, long story, passes on each, and I needed to get it fixed and the passes prioritized correctly on one MDE account)

I have a similar issue with previously linked tickets. Was directed to call the Internet Helpdesk at 407-939-7765 to resolve. I haven't called yet but thought I would share the contact info.
