unlimted express pass from hotel

planning on end of sept. do i really need to stay at the more expensive hotel to get this? its a 600$ difference between Royal Pacific and Cabana. I just really want to know is it crowded enough to need the express pass for this time period?

End of Sept is usually lower crowds, you should be ok at Cabana bay, if you want the express pass, you can always buy it .

There will be some great deals for end of September once you get into the middle of next year that might bring the prices closer together.
