I am hearing the following characters will be appearing at Friday's Unleash the Villains Limited Time Magic event at Hollywood Studios. It is as yet unclear which will have traditional meet-and-greets and which will appear strictly at the dance party.

Governor Ratcliffe
Jafar
Maleficent

Shan Yu
Sheriff of Nottingham

I'll regret not being able to see some of these myself--it sounds like a great chance to see some very rare villains.
