Hello Disney Fans! I'm trying to identify a character from a Disney movie. It's a brass whistle with eyes and a large mouth. We've ruled out Little Toot and Casey Jr. from Melody Time, Brave Little Toaster, and Dumbo. Can anybody help? Thanks!
