What am I doing wrong when searching for Tickets on US Website? Regardless of which Ticket option I try to access I get the message:

I have had messages like that before and so have others on occasions

Try a different browser.

You can also try deleting your cookies, x out of it, and start over again. If that, or a different browser doesn't work just call as @macraven said.

Universal doesn't even load for me on my phone. I just get a blank screen. Maybe just buy your tickets at Undercover Tourist and call it a day?

I just went on in Chrome on my laptop and had no issues.

I don't know if you are linking tickets to hotel (which as far as I could see offers no savings), but the cheapest tickets I found this past week were at Undercovertourist or through Ticketsatwork (my corporate discount through work). It was over $150 in savings not buying through Universal. I am buying four day park to park three park passes.
