I can get it to play, but when I try to download, it just refreshes the screen and restarts the movie making process.

I didn't have any problem playing my video on the site. I didn't try to download it but I did put my email address to send it to and within 3 minutes I had it in my email. It played fine from there also.

After reading your post, I tried the email option. The email was sent, but when I click on watch it, it takes me to the introductory video and then the "start filming" option instead of video I made.

Ok I just tried to view my video from the email again and now it's asking me to start filming. I didn't have any trouble last night. Let me try making another and see if it works. BRB.

Yup, same here except I couldn't get it to play in the first place, so I sent it to my email hoping it would play there but not luck.

I used to be blonde but now I'm grey. Maybe I'm just too old now to figure it out!!!

This new website probably explains why we can no longer purchase APs & 7 day tickets online. I hope it's just a glith that will be sorted as the UK tickets are of no interest to me
