Hey everybody, planning a trip to USH (& Disney of course) in September and I'm considering the Universal Studios VIP tour. Can anybody tell me if it's worth it? They do take you more in depth and for rare experiences (soundstages) right?

I booked it for the end of July so I would be happy to give you a review when I get back. I too am anxious to hear what others think.

I have done the tour 3 times now and love it. I have had the same tour giude each time. We had the opportunity to meet Hugh Jacksman on the back..nice man but smaller than I anticipated.

Thats great to hear you have been 3 times!! You must really like it. I would probably hyper-ventilate if I got to meet Hugh Jackman. That must have been sooo cool!!!!!

We are big movie buffs, to be able to walk on the sets, go to the prop warehouse, get on the attraction ahead of everyone, lunch was fantastic and you never know who you will meet.

We also met Shaggy and Scooby, they were driving around in there van, going on a live sound stage and other places you can not go any other way is major fun. You will have a wonderful time.

Thanks everybody we're going to do this!

I am sooo tempted to do this, even at the astronomical price.

How does this work when you have transportation, like S. Cal Grayline to get to Universal Studios?

I don't understand your question- what are you asking? I don't see what your transportation to the park has to do with anything- sorry.:confused3

Just make sure Greylines will have you there by tour start time, they do start specific times.
