I'm getting ready to purchase our tickets, and the best deal I'm finding is the buy 2, get 3 days free online for IOA, US and Citywalk (Bonus Pass).

I'm don't think I'm interested in will call--I'm one of those people who just has to know that everything's in order before I leave.

If you've ordered your tickets online, how did you get them and what was your experience?

Thanks for any responses, this is our first trip to Universal.

I've order tickets online several times with no problem, they usally come in 5-7 days usps, I did do the kesok(spl?) once where you go to the machine and swipe the credit card you used to order , worked fine but like you I was a little nervous about not having them in hand when I got there.
have a great time (its not hard at universal :cool1: )

i ordered these same passes last year and got them at the kiosk when we got there. there were several machines and all i had to do was punch in my confirmation# and the credit card i used to buy them and out they came. it was very easy!

I just did this on our trip may 3rd to the 13th I forgot to do it at home as it has to be done online so called my friend to do it for me.... she did it all online with my credit card number ect we then went about an hour later to the park and used the kiosk to pick them up and took all of 2 mins to do with no problems. When doing it online you have the option to have them mailed or to do the kiosk pick up seeing as we were in florida and she was doing it for us we did kiosk no problems at all. You just need the confermation number and the credit card used when ordered as you have to insert it to get them but you are not billed again its just to confirm that they are yours.

If you order the tix online, you can go to the electronic ticket windows and pick them up. Here's what to look for:

I've used the web site to order Halloween Horror Nights tickets. You could print out the ticket right from your own computer. I'm not sure if that is good for the multi-day tickets.

I did will-call for two years now and there were no problems. I had a receipt so if anything ever messed up, I felt safe.

back at the hotel (my kids were just so excited). I just went to the customer service desk, they took my credit card, and looked the number up. It was very easy.

What's the benefit of using the machine website and then the kiosk? Is that faster than just walking up to the ticket window at Universal and buying tickets?

It's a little faster but the advantage to buying online is they often have some 'good deals' that aren't offered at the ticket windows. These special prices are only offered online.
