Universal Tickets From a COVID-Cancelled Trip

In February, I purchased an annual pass and three two-day passes for our spring break 2020 trip...which, of course, didn't happen thanks to COVID. My tickets are still in my UO wallet, but there isn't an indication as to what we can do with them. Disney has extended our tickets until September 2021, and after that, we can use the price paid as a credit for tickets at the prevailing price. That's fair.

What's Universal's policy? I believe the annual pass is good for 365 days, but that 365 day ticker paused while Universal was closed. That probably doesn't do us much good, since I suspect that we're not going to feel comfortable with a trip to Orlando for another six months or more. I tried searching for the information, and didn't find anything on our tickets to explain.

UO will work with you.
Call and explain you canceled your planned trip due to covid-19 and ask for more of an extension.

UO works with all callers individually.

I renewed my preferred AP this year days before the parks closed and when the 18 month renewal deal was valid.

Cliff version... they added more months to my next renewal
My pass expires March 2022.

Did you activate the AP? Your 365 days should only start once you activate it by visiting the parks.

I would also say call and ask, unless you can find your ticket confirmation e-mail from Feb and investigate that way. You can also look in the Universal App wallet. It lists tickets/APs and expirations if they're linked. There is also a "contact guest services" link through the wallet.
