Universal tickets booked by Disney travel agent — Questions!

Hi, everyone! We booked our trip for next week through a Disney travel agent. As part of our reservation, she booked us a day at Universal. When I try to enter the confirmation number she gave us into the Universal app, it doesn’t recognize that number. I asked her, and she said I will have to take that confirmation number to the box office on the day of our visit to get our tickets. I’m just concerned about getting there and this process taking a long time or them not being able to find our Universal reservation with our Disney confirmation code. Has anyone else done this, and can you tell me how it worked for you? Thanks so much!
