Hello folks,

When you travel to Universal Orlando is it more convenient to purchase your tickets in advance or when you go to the park? Looking at a 1 day 2 park ticket(s) and wondering when I should get it them. Is there a penalty for buying at "the door"? Since I'll be at a Disney resort is the transportation add on a good deal?

Thank you in advance for your help with these questions.

Definitely buy them online in advance. it saves time and I think they are cheaper that way. I waited in line over 30 minutes one morning to upgrade my tickets........

They are more expensive at the park and then you waste time by waiting in line. I would purchase them in advance

I am adding a question. If I don't get a response I will do my own thread. The US page shows 1 day tickets at $109-$119. I know you have to choose your dates in advance. UT has one day tickets at $185. but flexible dates. Quite a difference! Are there better options? How far in advance do you need to buy the tickets? What is the best way to get 1 day park tickets?

Editing: I think I figured out the price discrepancy. The US website only offers a 1 park option. I am getting the park to park option. I don't see a park to park option on the US site. Am I missing it?

Editing again: I was on the US - Hollywood site. LOL Thanks goodness I didn't buy anything!
