Where is the best place to buy a 1 day ticket to Universal---single park or park to park?

We hate to spend over $300 on just a one day visit (there are 4 of us), but I also hate to miss the new Harry Potter area!!! We are visiting in January.

Any great ideas for us? I'm mad I didn't get the Coke Rewards tickets when they were available---I just wasn't sure how long they would last so I didn't want to get them too early.

If you're a AAA member try your local AAA store. I know ours had deals on tickets when we went last year.

Another place to try is www.undercovertourist.com. They offer discount tickets and they ship very quickly.

never got to use my free 7 day ticket from superbowl 2009

And I miss the deal I did back in 2006. 7 day, 2 park adult AND child tickets for only $100...
