universal studios

This is my first post on this board and I love the podcast.I am curious about something about Universal Studios (only been there once and it was a long time ago). I am a Guiding Light fan and have been watching the episodes that were filmed there. I have noticed that on some of the employees that their nametags look like Disney's nametags and I was wondering is that what they normally look like. I am just curious about this.
