I think the meal deal is already discounted and additional discounts are not available.

one year ago UO had a special on their website selling the meal deal for $6 off the cost.

check the website occasionally to see if any promos are posted.
someone usually posts a thread when a discount for meal deals are announced.

have not seen any discounts for meal deals at all this entire year though.
