Universal Studios Japan

I will be visiting Universal Studios Japan this June. We are in the process of purchasing our tickets including universal express since we will only be going for one day. I had a few questions though, do they have the interactive wands for the WWOHP in Japan? If so do the US interactive wands work there as well?
Any places anyone recommends dining for lunch there?

Also we will be taking the train from Tokyo to Osaka, has anyone done this before and could give me some insight on what it is like?
