Universal Studios Hollywood Birthday

My family and I will be going to Universal Studios Hollywood to celebrate my cousin's 50th birthday. We will be staying at the Sheraton. Does anyone know if there is the option to do room hotel decorations or a cake at one of the restaurants like DL? I called the hotel and spoke with concierge and they referred me to an offsite florist. I looked at the website and didn't see anything too festive. I was hoping to do something that fits in with the theme of Harry Potter or Minions. I would even be open to suggestions of local florists or bakeries that deliver.
