Yes, time for another Universal Studios Chat!

Well, I just got my haircut...first time with bangs ever in my life (though I still part them, at least for now). Definitely not used to it, figuring almost 16 years without such a thing. My mom took my picture with my new cut, but still have to get pictures developed and I will NOT post it unless it gets my approval!! May not be able to wear a ponytail which will drive me insane...especially at Universal...my hair is so thick that it gets really hot...iiiiick!!! My hair is still long enough that it covers my neck, but with the various lengths, too much would fall out of a ponytail.

Anyway, I'm going to Universal again this Thursday (sorry to miss AlexandNessa now ). Again, is anyone gonna be there either Thursday or Friday? Probably not, but thought I'd ask again anyway.

Broke my zoom on my camcorder last month and therefore can't record anything...if I don't hold it in, it will zoom in all the way in whatever direction until it can't zoom in anymore. My dad says it can't be fixed and we'd have to replace the camcorder. Crap!!! Guess I won't be recording anything for a loooooooooong time (spent so much money on Universal trips, can't afford to replace the camcorder...LOL). Bummer.

I'm ready for Christmas...is anyone else? I'm ready for the weather to get cooler and to play Christmas music and...Winter Break!

Hate my science teacher...OK I don't really "hate" her but she really irks me. She wouldn't let me compromise on my homework...I forgot it (thanks to my wonderful last minute trip to Orlando...) and I spent hours (at least 3 or 4) the Saturday before in order to finish it for Monday. Well, with my luck, I forgot it at home and she wouldn't let me turn it in tonight at Open House or tomorrow or anything. What makes things worse is I got off on a BAD start with homework in that class (yes, I have an "F" in homework) and so she probably doesn't take me seriously... So maybe I have it rough when I get back to school, but now things are even worse because I have yet another F in homework...and this time I worked REALLY hard...and yes, I had questions which I couldn't even ask her because I didn't have the packet (yes, this homework was a packet, and so worth mucho points)...and I have a test tomorrow. I'll probably fail that now too. Sorry, just have to rant...it was my 2nd period, so the rest of the day I was in a pissed off mood (am I allowed to say that here??).

On a lighter note, I only have to go to school for 2 more days...just have to survive with that teacher for 2 more days before I'm free at Universal... How on earth did you all survive high school? I've always been a "good student." A's and B's and decent attendance (*cough* sick days *cough* lol)...usually had the respect from the teachers, but with my science teacher it's going to be a long semester...

Sorry to hear about your school troubles. I really don't miss high school - yuck! College is a different story, that was a blast!

Will you be at Universal any time Nov. 7 - 10? DH and I will be there then. It is a Fri, Sat, Sun, and Mon. Would be fun to see you!

But you are lucky your Mom and Dad let you skip school. It is probably because you get A's and B's - so keep that up! My son is a straight A student, and when he feels like he needs a day off, I let him take it.

Have fun on this trip - I wish you could meet Jodie too

I will be at the parks November 8-11 (November 11 is my birthday PLUS a day off from school...yes, they have school on the Monday and the Tuesday off, which I find strange...but it works out). Wouldn't mind meeting you!! Are you staying onsite? I'm not sure if I am or not. I was to stay at the Royal Pacific, but for 3 nights, I'm not sure if we'll afford it or not (since we go so often otherwise).

My mom went to the Open House and on a form wrote an FYI about my homework, so at least my teacher will know I did it and not hold that 0 against me (I'd still get the 0, but she'll know I didn't skip another homework assignment).

I have to agree. I don't miss highschool at all. I hung out with really shallow people back then. Hope it all works out for you and the science teacher.

I'm sort of a loner at school... Well, I have a few friends, but since I'm shy I don't go out of my way to talk to people...plus I spend too much time thinking and planning about my next trip to Universal...muahahahahaha! Also, I just don't get along too well with kids my age. I don't get it. They act so immaturely and it gets on my nerves.

That's terrible though isn't it?? Is that stereotyping my peers? Well, maybe not...if you've seen them you'd agree!! lol!

Anyone want to buy me a new camcorder? lol J/K. It's going to be tough to not be able to record my birthday trip unless....nah, doubt my parents would buy one for my birthday...aw shucks!

Anyway, I'm watching a TV show and it's back on...be back in a few!

Hi Flyfy! I must concur with the others...I miss high school...NOT! Don't worry its only a short while longer, before you know it it will be over! That's awful about forgeting to bring in your homework. At least your mom let her know you really did do the work.

Get those haircut pictures done so we can see.

Your heading back to Universal again Thursday? Sheesh I wanna be you! Hope you dont have to be too long without a video camera.

Let's start the Ghostbusters wish foundation. We will start with Fly Fly and get her a camcorder. Then since I came up with the idea we will give me a two night stay onsite at Universal. Since Jessica is the all knowing who is there to help when we need her, we will give her a dinner at Mama Della's and a suite at Portofino.

Who's next???? LOL.....


P.S. Fly Fly- we know that you are more mature than kids your age......that's why we love ya!!!

ACK! I'm dreading when I get my test back from Science Class...I HATE it when you can't decide between 2 answers. Aargh!! With my luck...especially in that class, I will always choose the wrong answer.

Anyway, just have to go through one more day of school before I head back to Universal...*deep breaths...calm down...nice long weekend...away from science teacher...watching the Ghostbusters Show* I feel better already

Well, I still have pictures to get developed. I took some more for my website including ones to put on the pages for Jaws, Horror Makeup Show, Blues Brothers (need to edit that review now...talk about TALENT there!! wow!), etc. Had only 2 rolls of film and was limited with how many pictures (thanks to my LOVELY camera that ruined an entire roll of film...grrr...). But I'll have plenty of rolls for this upcoming trip. I'm also hoping to finally use some of my black and white film too...will also have to add my review of Margaritaville. Volcano was pretty cool, but the videos and music...ugh...lol I'm not a Jimmy Buffet fan like my dad... food was good though!

OK, I uploaded a picture...it's terrible though!! Can't really tell that there is anything special about my hair, but oh well...LOL You may see a small bit of bangs but I have them parted and so they aren't really noticable...and the picture doesn't show how much my hair is layered...nor how much my hair flips...but you get a general idea...

Tough times ahead...

I want to "warn" some of you that my attitude may be a bit different in the next couple days...well, it MAY be...I'm not sure. It's just...I don't want to be a downer though...

Lots may be going on around this time, which is the reason why I even mention it. I may not be on the messageboard that day, but then again I may anyway. My attitude may be different from usual, but then again it may not. Just so you are aware and not worried if there is a sudden change in Flyfly...or Flyfly isn't on for an entire day or something. I will still be going to Universal on September 27. But, I knew someone would probably find out about this anyway if they didn't a search with my last name. and yes, I am "Marea Forsthoefel." I go by Clare now, though, which is my middle name.

Anyway, I did not mention this to receive pity or attention, but just so you know why things may be a bit different a week from Thursday. It'll be harder for my parents anyway...not that it won't be hard for me too, but, you know what I mean.

Just wanted to quickly mention that before I forgot.

We can go back talking about Universal now though.
