Universal Specials for Canadians?

Not sure how long air transat is going to have their awesome hotel deals but I got one for cabana bay family suite from Oct 29-Nov 6 for 1046 canadian that includes taxes...on universal site it's 1118 us...so book quickly before they change

1. I'm pretty sure it means you get a rental car with your booking.

2. Yes. I think it is up to 4 people for a room and then there's a surcharge added for additional people.
